Patient-first care in Madhurawada
How we operate

Policies & procedures.

Plain-language policies on privacy, appointments, billing, visiting, grievances, and safety, so nothing about your visit is a surprise.

Seven things to know

Clear rules,
plainly stated.

This is how Rise handles your records, your time, your bill, and your concerns, with nothing buried in fine print.

Privacy

Patient privacy & records

  • Your medical records and personal data are handled under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
  • Reports and history are shared with a specialist or lab only when your care requires it.
  • You can request a copy of your own records at the front desk, in writing.
  • We ask consent before sharing anything with family, employers, or insurers.
Scheduling

Appointments & cancellations

  • Book by phone, WhatsApp, or the appointment form. Confirmation follows by call or message.
  • Please give us at least two hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, so the slot can go to someone else.
  • Running late happens. Call ahead and we will fit you in where the queue allows.
  • Walk-ins are seen on a first-come basis, after patients with a confirmed slot.
Billing

Billing & payments

  • You are told the expected cost of a consultation, test, or procedure before it begins.
  • Cash, card, and UPI are all accepted; a receipt is issued for every payment.
  • Package and test pricing is confirmed at booking, since panels and offers change.
  • Billing questions are handled by the front desk, and you can ask for an itemised breakdown anytime.
Visiting

Visitors & attendants

  • One attendant may accompany a patient into consultation and EECP treatment areas.
  • Visiting hours are posted at reception and may flex for elderly or post-procedure patients.
  • During infection outbreaks or for immunocompromised patients, attendant access may be limited.
  • Children visiting with a patient should stay with a second adult outside treatment areas.
Your rights

Patient rights & grievance redressal

  • You have the right to a clear explanation of your condition and options, in a language you follow.
  • A second opinion, inside or outside Rise, is always your right to ask for.
  • A written complaint can be sent to info@risemedicalhub.com or raised at the front desk. We aim to respond within 48 hours.
  • Unresolved concerns are escalated to the clinical lead for direct follow-up.
Safety

Infection control & safety

  • EECP cuffs, ECG leads, and shared equipment are cleaned and checked between every patient.
  • Visitors or patients with active fever, cough, or infection are asked to mask on arrival.
  • Staff follow standard hand hygiene and sterile-technique protocols throughout the facility.
  • An emergency response pathway is in place for cardiac or other acute events on site.
Cookies

Cookies & website analytics

  • A cookie banner asks for consent before any analytics cookie is set. Essential cookies are always on; analytics is opt-in.
  • We use Google Analytics (_ga, _ga_*, up to 2 years) to understand site visits; cc-consent (browser storage) remembers your choice.
  • Change or withdraw your choice anytime from 'Cookie preferences' in the site footer. This deletes existing analytics cookies immediately.
  • No analytics data is used for advertising or sold to third parties.
